In no event shall Celia Cleaner or its suppliers be liable for any damages, including without limitation damages for loss of data or profit or arising from business interruption, that result from the use of or the inability to use the materials on this website, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the version of these terms of service then in effect.
The clause below replaces boilerplate from the original template that referred to "unblocking orders," which does not apply to a home cleaning service. These terms are a reasonable starting point, but they should reflect what Celia actually offers.
You may cancel or reschedule a booked cleaning at no charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit, and lockouts where our team is unable to access the home at the agreed time, may be subject to a fee.
If you are not satisfied with a completed cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return to re-clean the areas concerned at no additional cost. Refunds for services already completed are considered individually, in good faith, on a case-by-case basis.
Where a deposit is taken for a first-time or deep cleaning, that deposit is refundable in full if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
These terms are effective as of 29 August 2026.
